Dr. Muddassar Natt is the Founder and Director of Ulearn, a leader in digital learning and education technology. With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, he is a visionary edupreneur committed to transforming teaching and learning through innovation.
Dr. Natt has extensive expertise in curriculum design, strategic planning, education management, quality assurance, and teacher training.
He holds PhD, MPhil, and MSc degrees, with postgraduate studies in Strategic Management & Leadership and certifications in Teaching and Assessment. His senior roles include Advisor to the Environmental Agency (UK), Deputy Principal – Quality & Curriculum at WLCBMS, and Director at London Business & Management School.
At Ulearn, he leads the Teach Pakistan Project, advancing E-learning technologies to enhance student engagement, retention, and success in digital and blended learning.
Dr Muhammad Javed Iqbal
Director
Dr Muhammad Javed Iqbal is founder director of Ulearn and has been working in the education sector for more than three decades in Management and Leadership roles. He holds MPhil and PhD degrees in Microbiology from reputed Universities. Dr Iqbal started his career as Assistant Professor with Government of Punjab and subsequently he moved to United Kingdom where he worked as Principal in different institutions.
He has been developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success, helping teachers to maximize their teaching potential, encouraging, guiding and assisting students, teachers and parents.
He has been actively involved in research projects and published research work in reputed journals. Dr Iqbal has reviewed PhD thesis for different Universities across the world and reviewer of research articles and guest speaker at different conferences and seminars. Currently he is working as Director International Operations at Ulearn for the promotion of E-learning internationally.
