AIOU Announce Fee Reimbursement for Flood Affected Students
Students from Pakistan’s flood-affected areas will receive a one-semester fee reduction from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU).
The Public Relations (PR) Directorate of AIOU sent out a notification in this regard on Friday.
According to the information, during the current admissions for Fall 2022, students who are currently matriculating and enrolling at campuses in Sindh (excluding Karachi), Balochistan, Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan), and Dera Ghazi Khan (DG Khan) will receive a full fee waiver.
Additionally, Associate of Arts (ADA) students in the aforementioned fields will receive a 50% semester price discount.
It is important to note that undergraduates and students who have already paid their fees will receive reimbursement in the forthcoming 2023 spring semester.
In addition, under the direction of the university’s Vice Chancellor (VC), 30 relief camps have been set up in flood-affected areas to provide medical assistance and daily necessities to flood victims, said Zia Al-Qayyum. it was done. Clothing, shoes, food, etc.
