Submit Your Matric Exam Forms
The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the schedule for submitting online forms for the Class 10 annual exams in 2025.
Students in the Science and General Group (Regular) categories can complete their submissions without late fees from January 9 to January 30, 2025.
Acting Director of Examinations Zaheeruddin Bhutto explained that schools affiliated with the board can access the form submission portal at http://portal.bsek.edu.pk. Schools must log in using their school code as the username and their existing password.
Government schools under municipal authorities, municipal corporations, and the Labour Department can also submit forms online without incurring fees.
After downloading the fee voucher from the portal, payments can be made at designated branches of the National Bank of Pakistan, listed on the BSEK website.
Late submissions will incur additional charges based on the date:
- Rs. 200 from January 31 to February 3
- Rs. 500 from February 4 to February 10
- Rs. 800 from February 11 to February 17
- Rs. 1,200 from February 18 to February 24
- Rs. 1,500 from February 25 to March 3
- Rs. 1,800 from March 4 to March 10
- Rs. 2,500 after March 10
Private students, including those retaking exams, improving grades, or taking additional subjects, must collect forms from specified banks or the BSEK office booth. After verification, the forms must be submitted to the designated banks according to the schedule.
