AIOU Announces Exam Schedule for Overseas Students

Allama Iqbal Open University has announced that the online exams for overseas Pakistani students enrolled in the spring semester of 2022 will begin on September 13.
On Friday, the AIOU’s Directorate of Public Relations (PR) issued a notification in this regard.

According to the announcement, the university has completed its preparations for the online (in-camera) matriculation, FA, and I.Com exams.

Furthermore, all international students have accounts on the Learning Management System (LMS) portal, where they can access all relevant instructions, roll number slips, and date sheets.

Furthermore, Mian Muhammad Riaz, AIOU’s Controller (Examinations), has stated that the exams will be strictly supervised using cameras and Microsoft Teams, a videoconferencing software, to ensure transparency.

In related news, the AIOU has announced a single-semester fee reduction for students from Pakistan’s flood-affected areas.

Students currently enrolled in matric and inter at the university’s campuses in Sindh (except Karachi), Balochistan, Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan), and Dera Ghazi Khan (DG Khan) will be granted a full fee waiver in the current fall semester 2022 admissions.

Additionally, students pursuing an Associate Degree in Arts (ADA) will receive a 50% discount on the semester fee.
