Fee Refund Policy

Students who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:

By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) for the course using the payment method you have selected under the course terms and conditions.

You are required to pay the full amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.

Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive lecture videos, online course content, access to short questions, quizzes and reporting modules dependent upon the course of study chosen.

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.

All subscriptions are for the period of 12 months unless specifically agreed.

If you cancel the course booking within 07 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.

We do not offer full refunds outside of the 7 days period under any circumstances due to our significant intellectual property and goodwill. If you have further questions, please contact us at. support@ulearnlms.com

If for whatever reason you wish to withdraw from the course and surrender your login and password, you can do so by emailing support@ulearnlms.com in writing. We only accept written request for any refund, verbal or telephonic requests are not acceptable.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
