Islamic University Extends Admission Date

The International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) has extended the application deadline for the fall semester to July 29 (Monday). This extension covers admissions to over 100 programs across its 11 diverse faculties.

According to a press release issued on Monday, the university administration made this decision in response to the considerable interest and numerous requests from prospective applicants seeking more time to submit their applications.

IIUI offers admissions to a wide range of programs at the Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) levels. The programs span across 11 faculties:

  1. Faculty of Social Sciences: Includes disciplines such as sociology, psychology, and political science.
  2. Faculty of Sciences: Covers fields like biology, chemistry, and physics.
    Faculty of Management Sciences: Offers courses in business administration, finance, and marketing.
  3. International Institute for Islamic Economics: Focuses on Islamic banking, finance, and economics.
  4. Faculty of Arabic: Provides studies in Arabic language and literature.
    Faculty of Usuluddin (Islamic Studies): Includes Quranic studies, Hadith, and Islamic jurisprudence.
  5. Faculty of Languages and Literature: Offers programs in various languages and their respective literatures.
  6. Faculty of Engineering and Technology: Covers engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering.
  7. Faculty of Shariah and Law: Focuses on Islamic law (Shariah) and general law.
  8. Faculty of Computing and Information Technology: Offers programs in computer science, information technology, and software engineering.
  9. Faculty of Education: Provides courses in education and teaching methodologies.
